About Us
Mission Statement
Provide the framework to Embody the Sacred using physical and emotional healing, a greater connection to oneself and others, and expressions of Spirit that manifest through song, rhythm, movement, bodywork and story. And to play with the little trickster in all of us!
Vision Statement
Create magic, wonder, awe, empowerment, and beauty by rebuilding the bridge between the physical and Spiritual worlds. And feed the Gods and Goddesses that feed us in return!
The Instructors at Spirit House approach their work in direct relation with Spirit and grounding in Community.
Each instructor combines intuition, channeled guidance, and their own prayers and practices with formal training and experience to provide a truly unique learning environment. To spend time with these remarkable healers is to appreciate the difference between “book learning” and instruction that comes from the deepest places of knowing.
Justin Levy
Justin Levy, founder of Spirit House, teaches coursework at all levels, conducts drumming classes, teaches capoeira when Mestre Almiro is in Brazil, and provides individual energy work. He is a 2004 graduate of East-West College of the Healing Arts with a focus on massage and a 2008 graduate of Oregon College of Oriental Medicine for acupuncture. Justin trained from 2001-2016 in capoeira with Mestre Almiro and from 2008-2016 with a Master Healer in the Shamanic tradition. He began practicing Kundalini Mediumship in 2009 and started teaching its principles in 2012. Justin overcame a difficult start in life through an ongoing dialogue with Spirit. He now shares what Spirit has taught him with others who feel the need deep in their bones to explore its gifts. Spirit House has been operating with Justin at the helm since 2020.
Diane Hall
Diane Hall is the resident yoga instructor at Spirit House. She is certified in the domains of Power Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Restorative Yoga. She also received certification in 2017 through CorePower Yoga in Portland, Oregon, where she taught from 2018-2021. Diane’s passion for yoga inspired her to share the incredible life-changing effects of rooting physical movement to breath for unearthing the most authentic self. In addition to yoga, she is a sound healer, incorporating crystal singing bowls to align chakras and raise vibrational states. Diane has been working with, and providing yoga instruction for, Justin since 2018 and is currently studying at the Advanced level.
Mel Radar
Mel Radar teaches Meditation and Movement at Spirit House. He is licensed in Energetic Healing, Breathwork and Medical Qi Gong and received certification from the Noble Movement Academy. He spent 10 years refining his skill at Qi Gong with a variety of teachers and 4 years studying Spiritual Channeling with Kat Bird. Mel has also received training in Family Constellations/Working with Ancestors and Clairvoyance at The Psychic School. His discomfort with the awkwardness of the human body and affinity with spirits and subtle energy lead him to develop a profound mastery of the energetic healing arts. To walk with Mel is to travel to exotic dreamspaces and talk to dragons, angels, ancestors and animal spirits. He helps the dead to find peace, which helps the living to fully live. Mel has been studying Kundalini Mediumship with Justin since 2018, began instructing at Spirit House in 2022, and is currently at the Practitioner level.
Dov Rubin
Dov Rubin teaches a Vocalizing class specifically oriented to Spirit House related activities. He holds a degree in music from Berklee College of Music in Boston and has many years of experience coaching vocals, directing musicals, and accompanying professional singers primarily in New York City. To guide participants in his class through the process of connecting to Spirit Dov will draw upon Pauline Oliveros’ concept of “Deep Listening” which focuses on attention and awareness, improvisation and collaboration, inclusivity and non-judgement, and body/spatial awareness. Dov joined Spirit House in 2020 and will be using his combination of musical talent and quest for esoteric knowledge to help others find their spirit voice. He is a graduate of Foundations coursework.

Jillian began studying Kundalini Mediumship with Justin in 2021 and is currently studying at the practitioner level.
Gurinder Dhaliwal
Gurinder Dhaliwal assists in teaching Foundations courses with a focus on Shaivism. He pushes into the edges of identity, belief systems, stories, and trauma while setting aside societal norms of moralistic judgements, safety, and trauma informed coddling of the mind. Gurinder will be helping students integrate their rejected identities by applying his belief that true healing comes through the darkness and the relationship we carry with our pain and that the magic of consciousness is in the parts we want to eradicate or distance ourselves from. Gurdinder is currently studying at the Practitioner level and has been involved with Spirit House since 2021.
